(EURO-) COLT 2001 Registration and Accommodation

In everything that follows, `NLG' stands for `Dutch Guilders';   click here  for conversion to other currencies.

1. Registration

The registration fees are as follows:
Early Registration 
(before May 25th)		 Late Registration
(on or after May 25th)
Student NLG 350 NLG 500
Regular NLG 600 NLG 750

Your registration fee covers your attendance at the conference, a copy of the COLT proceedings, the reception on Tuesday, July 17th; a boat trip through the canals of Amsterdam and the conference dinner on July 18th at the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky. It does not cover any meals except the conference dinner.

We may be able to provide limited financial assistance to student authors from countries with weak currencies. Please contact us by e-mail for more information.

You can pick up your registration package at the CASA 400 hotel (see below) on Sunday, July 15th, between 6 PM and 9 PM; otherwise, you can get it directly at the conference venue.

Please note: All refund requests must be received in writing by June 16, 2001. No refunds will be granted after this date. A NLG 50 processing fee will be levied on all refunds granted.

2. Accommodation

We reserved a block of rooms, at special rates, at the CASA 400 hotel. (single NLG 160, double NLG 210 per night, including breakfast and taxes). The hotel is located on the fourth metro (subway) stop before/after the conference venue. Including walking to/from the metro stations, it should take less than 30 minutes to reach the venue from the hotel (click here to find out how to get from the airport to the CASA 400 hotel, from the CASA 400 hotel to the conference venue etc.). We can only guarantee a hotel room at CASA 400 if you register before May 25th.

People who prefer to stay in the city centre (old town) are advised to make hotel reservations as soon as
possible, since hotels tend to fill up many months in advance. For information about hotels, click here .
